Membership does not confer any ownership of the Club’s property or assets. Payment of Membership Account Payment of account is due on receipt of the monthly statement. Applicant agrees to pay the account when due. Applicant agrees that the Club may assess a late charge for past-due accounts as provided in the Bylaws of the Club, as amended from time to time. Payments on delinquent accounts apply first to reduce late charges and accrued dues then to food and beverage charges, then to charges. Dues and other Club charges are considered luxuries under all applicable laws. Applicant agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, investigator fees and cost in the event this account is turned over for collection. The Membership card shall remain the property of the Club at all times and must be returned to the Club on demand.
Bylaws
Applicant and Corporate Designee (if applicable) agree to conform to and be bound by the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Club, as they may be amended from time to time.
